Quality of Life Improvements

• When more than one card is flipped with a higher number, they are all flipped together instead of in sequence

Bug fixes

• Game crashing during the Balamb Garden intro
• The next monster becomes available in an area even on draw or lose
• Player's are able to enter a card game without a full hand
